Riverside County Regional Medical Center Emergency Treatment Services (ETS)
Provides psychiatric emergency services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all ages, which includes evaluation, crisis intervention, and referrals for psychiatric hospitalization, as needed for adults, children, and adolescents. Consumers may be referred to the Inpatient Treatment Facility (ITF) or other private hospitals.

Oasis Crisis Services (OCS)
Provides psychiatric emergency assessment and crisis stabilization for up to 24 hours for all ages. Services include evaluations, crisis intervention and referral for psychiatric hospitalization. OCS operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This facility is also a 5150 provider.

INPATIENT SUPPORT SERVICES

Riverside County Regional Medical Center Inpatient Treatment Facility (ITF)

ITF functions as the Psychiatric Department of Riverside County Regional Medical Center (RCRMC). The Inpatient Unit serves adults and adolescents, provides medication services, individual and group therapy in a structured, supervised setting, as well as discharge planning and coordination, placement services and referrals all geared to stabilize the individual for return to the community as soon as possible.

Long Term Care (LTC) Placement

This program’s purpose is to ensure all consumers discharged from acute Psychiatric Hospitals and in need of residentially based treatment, receive the most appropriate care to promote hope and recovery. The program facilitates placement from hospitals to the most appropriate and least restrictive level of care for adults 18 to 59 years of age and coordinates with consumer and family, the regional clinic case manager, and the Public/Private Guardian. Other services include case management while the consumer is in a locked facility plus financial benefits research and referral.
