What is HomeConnect?
Riverside County HomeConnect is a county-wide coordinated response system for those in a housing crisis. Our network of agencies collaborate to help support individuals in a housing crisis by linking them to services and resources.
Any resident of Riverside County who is homeless or at risk of losing their housing can call our toll-free number for connection to resources, housing navigation, and referrals to available community assistance.
Does HomeConnect Provide Housing?
HomeConnect does not provide housing; however, agencies with funding from HUD will contact HomeConnect when they have an available Housing Grant vacancy. HomeConnect will then match literally homeless individuals and families who have the highest vulnerability, longest length of homelessness, and greatest service needs to these limited housing resources.
